Hey, I'm Zanadu, a fox or puma dude! A lot of my interests are in the arts and tech/nature (synonymous). The creation and sharing of these things usually take on the following forms, though I love to engage with new ways of expression and experience.

I make a lot of my music in a tracker called Renoise by sampling programmed sounds on my hardware/software synths, along with self-crafted or found-on-the-net percussion sounds. Sometimes I will create whole tracks on a hardware tracker called the M8. Other times I will sit and play these synths, unrecorded, for a more present-time experience. The origin of my music comes from thoughts on landscapes or situation moods of the future, nature, or other emotions and happenings of my time. There is a Bandcamp link in the footer, but downloads are also available in the Music directory of this site.
Aside from being an agile, animal thing online, I'm a hacker by trade. My job mainly involves breaking into corporate networks, and then showing the tools/techniques that an adversary would use to compromise their environment. The idea is that they will hopefully remedy their weaknesses... Moving through the forested lands of unique networks is an endless learning endeavor that I'm glad to take on to support my general life stuff!
This site is self-hosted in my room on a Raspberry Pi 4. Everything here is made with only HTML + CSS. I learned specifically for building this site, so maybe there's some bits that are rough, but I hope it's simple enough to interpret for anyone that wants to build their own. It's worth having a space on the net to call home and be yours to share!
